You must be at least 16 years old to use TerapiAI. When you create an account you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

1.2 Intended purpose

TerapiAI is designed to offer supportive conversations, exercises, and wellbeing tools. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified professional if you require clinical support.

1.3 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with other users, reverse engineer the service, or upload harmful or illegal content. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

1.4 Subscriptions & availability

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, renewal periods, and cancellation terms are displayed within the app stores. We work to keep TerapiAI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

1.5 Intellectual property

All trademarks, content, code, and design assets remain the property of ErayLabs or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify the service except as allowed by applicable law.

1.6 Updates to terms

We may update these terms to reflect product improvements or legal requirements. Changes become effective when published in the app or on this page. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Privacy Notice

2.1 Data we collect

• Account details such as email address, language preferences, and subscription status.
• App interaction data including mood entries, journal notes, assessment responses, and feature usage.
• Device and diagnostic data (limited) to maintain stability, prevent abuse, and improve performance.

2.2 How we use data

• Deliver personalised conversations, recommendations, and wellbeing insights.
• Provide core app functionality such as syncing, reminders, and cloud backups.
• Analyse anonymised trends to enhance product quality and user safety.

2.3 Storage & security

All user data is stored on encrypted Firebase infrastructure located within the EU. Access is limited to authorised ErayLabs personnel under strict confidentiality obligations.

2.4 Sharing & third parties

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with infrastructure providers necessary to operate TerapiAI (such as hosting or analytics) under signed data processing agreements.

2.5 Your rights

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold.
• Correction: update inaccurate details through the app or by contacting us.
• Deletion: request account deletion via in-app settings or by email.
• Objection: opt out of non-essential analytics or marketing communications.

2.6 Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as you maintain an account, or as required to comply with legal obligations. Backups are purged within 30 days of permanent deletion requests.

2.7 Children

TerapiAI is not directed to children under 16. If we learn that data from a minor has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
